This Cooling Off Period and Return and Refunds Policy ("Policy") applies to all used car sales conducted by Liv2Drv LLC, a California-based used car dealership ("Company," "we," or "us"). This Policy is in compliance with the regulations set forth by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) regarding used car sales.
1. Cooling Off Period:
a. Pursuant to California DMV regulations, there is no statutory cooling off period for used car sales. Once a vehicle purchase agreement is signed and the sale is finalized, the transaction is considered binding.
b. Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, review all documentation, and ask any questions before completing the purchase.
2. No Returns or Refunds:
a. All sales of used vehicles are final. Once the buyer takes possession of the vehicle and the sale is completed, there are no returns or refunds permitted, except as required by applicable law.
b. We strive to provide accurate information about the vehicles we sell and disclose any known defects or issues. Buyers are encouraged to conduct independent inspections and obtain vehicle history reports before making a purchase.
3. Warranty Information:
a. Some used vehicles may be sold with warranties provided by third-party warranty companies or manufacturers. Any warranties provided will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the warranty agreement.
b. We do not provide warranties on used vehicles unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of sale.
4. Dispute Resolution:
a. In the event of a dispute regarding a used vehicle purchase, buyers are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss their concerns.
b. We will make reasonable efforts to address any issues or complaints raised by buyers in a timely and fair manner.
5. Compliance with Applicable Laws:
a. This Policy is in accordance with the regulations and guidelines established by the California DMV for used car sales.
b. We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy as necessary to remain in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
By purchasing a used vehicle from us, buyers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
